All you need is a large pan and a few minutes, and dinner is served. Serve the stir-fry over rice (use your favorite frozen brand to keep things simple) and that’s it! Even picky eaters, who always complain about vegetables, will clean the dishes!
Recipe Ingredients
This is an overview of the main ingredients in this recipe. See recipe card below for full ingredients and instructions.
- Beef: I like to use 90% or 93% lean beef for this recipe. It has great flavor and is also lower in fat, so you don’t have to spend time draining the meat.
- Garlic and ginger: essential to give flavor! use the frozen version of your favorite crumble to save yourself even more time.
- Red Pepper Flakes: I like to include these for a little spice. Use more or less to taste.
- Broccoli florets: You need about 4 cups of fresh broccoli florets to make this dish. I like to take pre-chopped flowers to save even more time.
- Fried Sauce: I create a simple homemade sauce by combining low-sodium soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and arrowroot or cornstarch. I’ve used mine too homemade fried sauce when I have it on hand, and it tastes great!
