I’ve made this a few times and it’s always a huge hit – everyone loves it! I double the blueberries and serve bourbon maple syrup and something savory (bacon or sausage on the side or quiche if I have a bigger crowd). Someone always asks for the recipe!!!

I love this recipe! Make a double batch. I use mixed AP flour and 00 flour. It’s great to have these fettuccine in the freezer. Rich and silky texture. I’m a trained chef and I approve.

Salmon with garlic cream sauce
Oh my…how delicious is that?! I used my cast iron skillet for both the salmon and the sauce. The salmon was beautiful – crispy on the outside and so moist on the inside. I doubled the recipe for the sauce and served it with Greek lemon rice. Restaurant worthy!

Easy no-knead bread
