OMG these were really freaking delicious! I made these because I wanted to make brisket sandwiches with leftover brisket and I didn’t have any buns. I have to say I won’t be buying muffins again. These buns were soft but held up to all the BBQ sauce better than any bun I’ve ever had!

CREAM DIP CHORIZO CHEESE
I love ALL of the Damn Delicious recipes, but this creamy chorizo queso is really damn delicious. It’s so flavorful and fun. I made it as an appetizer before burgers and tinkering with the family. Soon the burgers and bros were forgotten and we wanted to bathe in queso dip.
